Returns and guarantees
RayZor International offers a 14-day, No Quibbles, money back guarantee on all purchases. Simply notify us within 14 days that you wish to return the purchased item and ensure it is returned to us within 30 days of notification for a full refund. We are sure you would not want to return this product, but just in case you have our 14 day money back no fuss refund. We do not like unhappy customers therefore we will refund all money paid on any of the purchases. However RayZor International will not refund the return postage.

RayZor International accepts: Pay Pal, Credit Cards, Cheque and Postal Order payments.
Warranty
RayZor International offers a 1 Year FREE REPLACEMENT Guarantee on all RayZor Sunglasses. If the product breaks at any time during the first year we will send you the same or similar replacement pair of sunglasses free, you will only have to cover the return postage. Once we have received the faulty product we will process your replacement. Please note that Lens scratches are not included in the above warranty.
Steps for processing a refund.
- Notify us within 14 days that you will would wish a refund.
- Return the merchandise within a 30-day time frame, any item sent and stamped after 30-day period will be returned and the refund refused.
- Include the item and all accessories in the original (unused) condition, in which the item was received.
- Insure the package and have a tracking number for it.
