This is Calculated from the Watches Exercise Mode. Simply Start Your Watch When You Commence Your Workout. Once Complete The Watch Will Calculate your Calories Burned During your Workout. This Again is Taken From Your Pulse.
This Function will also Show Your Exercise Status. This is Shown in Bar's 1 To 5. 1 Being The Least and 5 Being The maximum.

Your RayZor Watch Has a StopWatch With Lap Counter.
The First Hour is Calculated by a hundreth of a Second (0.01 Seconds).

Hourly Alarm Chime - Which Can Be De-Activated.
